ZARING
Paula Bauer died suddenly at the age of 69. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul G. and Ethel Allen Bauer. In Cincinnati, she leaves behind a daughter, Katherine Zaring Pinckert, her husband David and their two children, Ashley and Jack. For forty-six years she was married to John D. Zaring, beginning with their life together starting at the University of Virginia. Throughout her married life, she enjoyed living in Charlottesville, VA, Cincinnati, OH, Clarksville, TN and Cary, NC. At each of these locations she was known as a loving and caring mother and a great gardener. She leaves behind many significant friendships and, throughout her life, she enjoyed the companionship of her many loving dogs. Most recently, she worked at the Benken’s Florist business in Silverton, OH, where she served many repeat clients and was a valued employee enjoyed by all. At a later date, when “flowers bloom and the beauty of God’s love can be seen and experienced in the blossom of each bloom”, the family is planning a celebration of Paula’s life at an outdoor location. Please direct memorial gifts to Lindner Center of HOPE at lindnercenterofhope.org or mail to Lindner Center of HOPE, Development Office, 4075 Old Western Row Road, Mason, OH 45040.
