Sending my condolences to the family. I worked with Judge Nadel for several years at the courthouse and always enjoyed any opportunity to be in his room. I also happened to volunteer at Winton Wood Riding Center and learned he had a favorite horse named Daly that he would occasionally come out to see.
He was always fair and efficient, and will be missed by a great number of people. Rest in peace, Your Honor.

I served on a jury for which Norbert Nadel was the judge. It was a well-known trial back in 1984 or so which was later featured as the cover story in Cincinnati magazine as "The Honeymoon Murder". I was very impressed with the way Judge Nadel treated those of us on the jury - he was very respectful and kind. May he rest in peace!
