I meet Gene in 2014, when I was in the midst of a crisis. He was part of our clergy cluster and I was serving a difficult church.His guidance and support during that time made a tremendous impact. He allowed me to keep serving with grace and dignity, knowing he was behind me, supporting me. In our diverse group, he was not afraid to share a different viewpoint to keep the conversation balanced. His wisdom and experience were a huge asset to our group. May the Holy Spirit comfort you and give you peace in this time of grieving and loss.
