Vera Nell (nee Davis), age 82, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at her home in Batavia, Ohio surrounded by her loved ones. She was born to Robert and Kate Davis on January 25, 1931 in Spur, Texas. Vera is survived by her husband C. Donald Ewers, her two children Steven and Patricia, and her six grandchildren. The private family burial will be on Wednesday, December 11, 2013. A public memorial service will be held after the burial at 12 Noon at Armstrong Chapel, 5125 Drake Rd, (45243) Indian Hill. In lieu of flowers, Vera requested that money be donated to SPCA, 3949 Colerain Ave. (45223) or a charity of your choice.
