Jean and family, Tom and I are so sorry to hear of Jon's passing. You all must be heartbroken. Jon was so full of fun. We used to see him at Starbuck's with several Great Danes in his truck. To the Witte Family, Jon was a great man and friend! I met him as a young man, but still carry the values and morals that Jon reinforced. As a boss, he was fair and stern while on the job. As a man and friend, he was caring compassionate, and impactful! The world and myself will miss him greatly! Ed and Anne, I am regretful that I did not know and was not there. Many fond memories of Jon. Sleepovers, trips to the YMCA in his mother's VW Beetle, and a shared love of a band we had newly become fans of; The Beatles. The wonderful memories are vivid even 40 years later. Though we lost contact many years ago, we'll touch base again in the future, my friend.

To the Witte family, I am saddened by the lose of such a wonderful man. I have been blessed to know John. He brought so much life, laughter, and commitment to everything he did in life.
