David Leonard, beloved husband of Patricia (nee Hux), loving father of David L. (Desiree) Dvorak of Glendora, CA, Michelle Dvorak and Cheryl (Joe) Holly, step-father of Anna Jean Hurley, Carrie Lee (Douglas) Combs and Kimberly Jane (Karl) Rinne, loving grandfather of eight, dear brother of Ruth (Bill) Dvorak-Guenthner, Evelyn A. Dvorak-Strong and Betty Jane Dvorak both of Winter Haven, FL, uncle of eight nieces and nephews. Passed away on Wednesday, June 23rd at the age of 78. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, June 27th from 1-4PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). An F&AM Milford Lodge #54 Masonic Service and Scottish Rite Ring Service will be held on Monday, June 28th at 10AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be contributed to Hospice of Cincinnati, PO Box 633597 (45263) or The Shriners Hospitals for Children, 3229 Burnet Ave. (45229).
