Beloved wife of the late Robert L. Carter and of the late John Elfring, loving mother of Scott L. Carter (Kay), Philip V. Carter (Sandy) and Craig P. Carter (Brenda), dear grandmother of Jennifer Means, Reed, Lindsey, Nick, Carolyn, Brian and Riain Carter, dear sister of the late Virginia Turner. October 26, 2010. Age 83. Friends may call Friday October 29th from 10am until time of funeral service at 11:30am at the Thomas-Justin Memorial 7500 Montgomery Rd. in Kenwood. The family asks that all memorials please be made in the form of a donation to either Hospice of Cincinnati P.O. Box 633597 Cincinnati Oh, 45263 or Cheboygan County Animal Shelter 1536 Hackelburg Rd. Cheboygan Mi, 49721.
