My heart goes out to the family at this tough time. I knew Pat from way back when him & one of my best friends, Shanna dated. I know this is hard on you, especially with the recent loss of your parents...but now Pat is with them, safely home in heaven and out of his pain. There's a great poem titled "Don't Grieve For Me" that may offer you some solace. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Ginny

I would like to thank all of Patrick's family and friends. Patrick had a big heart which he wore on his sleeve most of his life. He loved his sons, Christian and Brian, and they can now can incorporate all the good values that he gave them and spread it out to others. Patrick, I will never know how hard your struggle here on earth has been for you, and I hope and pray that you are forever the happy little boy I knew a long time ago. I was very fortunate to be your big sister.

Pat and I were inseparable for a time when we were very, very, young. Pat always had a smile, a hug, and a plan for the outdoors. He was one of those "old souls" at a young age. He loved and was touched by most anyone he met. But, he loved his family most of all. Peace be with all of you.

Dear family & friends. You may not remember me but I am Jimmy Votaw's little sister. When we were growing up in Golf Manor I used to tag along with Jimmy & Pat a lot. I remember one time we were riding our bikes down Elbrook Hill towards Losantiville Rd. The chain came off of my bike & I didn't have any brakes. Pat rode his bike real fast to get ahead of me & told me to ride my bike right into him. I was scared & screamed no, but I did it anyway. I tore his leg up pretty bad. To this day I remember that real well, if it was not for Pat I may not be here today. He stopped me from going into the middle of Losantiville Rd & getting hit by a car. I will always love & remember him for that. I don't know if he told anybody that story, but I tell it all the time, not just now.
