Dear Kim, lunch at Hospice today wasn't the same without your Mom, Nancy and you. It was a pleasure getting to know all of you, even at such a difficult time. We are so sorry to hear of the loss your family has suffered. If words could mend your broken hearts, we would say them. Please accept our condolences and deepest sympathy.
