God needed another Angel to help Him up above. He chose Mary, always full of love. If it wasn't for Mary...I probably wouldn't be here today. In 1989 and 1990 Mary took me to and then later picked me back up from EVERY chemo treatment I had every 2 WEEKS!! She also sent me a funny card 1-2 times every week to try to keep my spirits up. They don't come any better than Mary... My heartfelt prayers go out to Carl, Renie, Ian, John, her sisters, grandchildren and all other family and friends that knew and loved her. She will continue to watch over all of you.

Mary Ann was one of the most caring women I have ever known. Growing up as a kid, I lived one street down from her home, and I was best friends with her son Ian. Many times I would stop by to see if Ian were home. If he was not, Mary Ann would still invite me in and we could talk for hours, and I never left on an empty stomach...she always insisted. Mary Ann could make you laugh, make you cry, but most of all she always was one who I could turn to when guidance was needed. Mary Ann was like a mother to me, and I was very close to her and her family. She truly was an Amazing women who will be missed by many people. Years had gone by since I had seen Mary Ann. However last year I was in Cincinnati with my 6 year old girl Julia and we made a surprise visit. We both cried when we saw each other and I was so happy she was able to meet my daughter whom she had never met before. Mary Ann was loved by many including myself. May God bless you forever Mary Ann, and my deepest condolences to all of the family. -Rickey

Dear Carl, Renee, Ian, John, Kathy and Gina, I am so sorry for your loss. Mary Ann and I became friends in seventh grade. We had a lot of firsts together. First cigarette - Tarington. First job - Bolter's Bakery where we dropped rolls on the floor and discovered what a dirty old man Mr. Bolter was. In eight grade how she talked me into volunteering at St. Ann's Home. After all we wanted to be nurses and we should try it out! Until that cute little old lady brought MaryAnn her slipper filled to the brim with urine! Made us seriously reconsidered our vocation!!! We laughed a lot together! I am sorry she had to suffer. May she rest in peace. I will pray that God will help all of you thru your loss. Lois

Reney: Mary was such a special lady. She adopted me for awhile back in the 90's when my mom passed away. She sent me a card a week letting me know she was there for me and thinking of me. I will have to send you a photo of her acting crazy at my bachelorette party. That laugh! That red hair! That crazy fun lady! I loved her and will miss her dearly! This is so hard, I know. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. - Love Hauser
