TUTTLE
Richard Clark (“Dick”), beloved husband of the late Judy Tuttle, survived by his four children and their spouses, daughter Cindy and Robert Bell, daughter Teresa and Paul Caprio, son Tim and Kristyn Tuttle, son Bob and Beth Tuttle; and by his ten grandchildren: Chris and Alec Bell; Brendan (wife Kaila), Brian (wife Carissa), and Cari Caprio; Jack, Gunnar and Dylan Tuttle; and Luke and Peter Tuttle; and by niece Julie Gunderson and her family, and nephews John and Tom Tuttle. Dick was devoted to Judy, the love of his life, and treasured their 56 years of marriage. Throughout his 86 years, he was a rock of love and stability to his family, and endlessly proud of each of them. He had a way of making people feel special and making friends, and will be missed by many in his neighborhood and community. A wartime veteran, Dick embodied the American dream, rising from a very modest boyhood in the Depression years, to become first a butcher, then a grocery manager, then a salesman in the packaging industry, and finally a successful independent businessman. He was filled with gratitude for his blessings, especially his family and friends, and liked to say, “I have had the most wonderful life.” A visitation will be held Monday, October 12th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Road (45236). A funeral will be held Tuesday, October 13th at 11:00 am at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, 10345 Montgomery Road (45242), followed by a reception at the Church.
