Doris and Family
I was saddened to hear of Chuck's passing and want to express my sympathy on your loss of such a dear person. I was fortunate to have met Chuck shortly after you moved to Cincinnati. It didn't take long to find out he was not only a fellow Boilermaker but a loyal and active fan. For my fiftieth birthday many years ago, I remember Chuck did a midnight run with a company truck to erect a massive Arc de Triumph in our front yard with no small amount of Alpha Packaging foam products. He was a true friend, a friendly competitor on the golf course and a person with one more humorous story to add at any gathering. More recently, I can picture Chuck giving me one more update on one of his grandchildren, of whom he was so proud.
I share your grief and will miss him dearly.
