Charles, beloved husband of Joanie (nee Jones), loving father of Scott and Mike Hess and step-father of Mike, Kenny and Steven Jones. Devoted grandfather of Heather, Holly, Jazmin Hess, Haley and Jenah, Alexis, Kaden and Christopher Jones and Maverick and CJ Barnette. He is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Nugent. Passed away on Tuesday, December 6th at the age of 69. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 10th from 9AM¬¬¬ until the time of funeral service, 12PM at Thomas-Justin Funeral Home, 4418 Whetsel Ave. (45227) Madisonville.
