I was a classmate of Joe's at St. Xavier High School, Class of 70.
I must say, I'm very sad to hear of his death.
I always had the utmost of respect for him at school. He was always more mature and thoughtful than most of us. He was a leader.

My connection to the Wehby family is through the Ft. Thomas KY branch, which I helped when I was at Senior Services, and through Charley Rouse my partner in business at Burgoyne Marketing Services. I went to Law School at Chase with Joe. Was a good guy always a pleasure to be around. We only talked on the phone a few times since those days but when we did it was a true pleasure. I am deeply saddened to hear this news. RIP my friend. To his family my prayers.

Joe will be missed by so many, what a great man, character and friend. His warmth, friendliness and hugs were part of his calling card. His wit could not be duplicated: clever, quick, a twinge of delight and the unknown. He has left me with great memories, his big smile and the twinkle in his eyes were favorites of mine.

Joe and I were law school classmates at Salmon P. Chase College of Law Northern Kentucky University. Joe was one of my favorite classmates. After school I had several cases with Joe.
